Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Massage

COMING NOVEMBER 1st, 2023

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique used to assist lymph flow and drain tissues of excess fluid.

The skin is stretched and torqued in a specific way to move the fluid out of the connective tissue toward the lymph nodes.  The parasympathertic nervous is stimulated through the slow, rhythmic movements and the patients usually leave in a relaxed state.
